LATE POLICY/ CANCELLATION : ♡ 10 minute grace policy. ♡ $10 late fee after 10mins. ♡ At 15 Minutes your appointment will be cancelled. ♡ 20% cancellation fee will be charged if appointment is cancelled within 24 hours. ♡No calls/ No shows will not be tolerated. ♡ No calls/ no shows will be charged a full basic set price (or price of discussed set during consultation) to be able to book with me again. ♡ Communication is key, don't be scared to Imk you're running late. ♡ If you're running late bc you’re getting Starbucks, its mandatory to get me one as well- Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher - pls and thx:). Please don’t not knock on my door. ♡Masks are not mandatory but recommended, mostly for dust and fumes. ♡ If you're sick or feel ickiness, reschedule immediately (i will send you home). ♡ I do not work on others' work, or on damaged nails. ♡ Avoid wearing fuzzy clothing - nothing is worse than lint on nails. ♡ Remember to make time, my sets take between 2-4 plus hours.

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 20% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment and a 100% for no-call/ no-show to be able to book with me again.
